Glaucoma Damage to your optic nerve from high eye pressure can cause a loss of peripheral vision and may eventually lead to blindness

FOLLOW THESE 3 SIMPLE STEPS

1 Get your eyes tested regularly.

Since you can't feel high eye pressure, it is important to have your eye pressure checked when your doctor says. Do not wait until you eyesight starts to change, because your optic nerve may already have been damaged, and the damage is irreversible.

2 Get informed about early treatment

The Good news is that you can treat high eye pressure with prescription eyedrops, which may help prevent glaucoma. Treatment with prescription eyedrops every day has been shown to lower high eye pressure

3 Get into a routine.

If your doctor prescribes eyedrops to treat your eye pressure, make your eyedrops a part of your daily routine. Using your eyedrops at the same time every day may help you to remember your medication.
